SMALL CHANGES, “Good Tension, Bad Tension”

Does adding tension to your physical efforts enhance the outcome? Is there such a thing as good tension?? ? If you find yourself tensing up when you exercise, try proceeding without the tension. Try instead turning that tension into focus. Expending energy on an unnecessary element is counterproductive!?!

Likewise, if you find yourself adding tension to your mental tasks, leave out the “Grief”. Catch yourself when you feel that gut wrench coming. Remove the gut ache by exhaling it away. Let your exhales calm you, detox the body, and enhance your focus. Leave the tension behind as unnecessary baggage! Remember, you get better at what you practice so pack only what is necessary and leave added tension behind!
