SMALL CHANGES, Embrace Cinnamon!
Use Cinnamon for its anti-viral, antiseptic, decongestant qualities. Eat cinnamon, drink as tea, or use it as a bath soak for its healing properties. Many clinical studies have linked cinnamon consumption to lowered blood sugar. Cinnamon is also thought to detoxify the system and stimulate brain function. Its antiseptic properties give it the ability to help fight bladder infection. it cant hurt to sprinkle a teaspoon into your next bowl of oatmeal, cereal, tea, or bathtub. BATH SOAK – mix 2-3 T of cinnamon with 1 c of Epsom salts. Use 1/4 c per bath or soak your feet. Wet a towel with this blend and wrap it around the back of your neck! TEA – add a cinnamon stick to your next cup of tea. Leave it there while you steep your tea. Use it to mix honey into your tea. FOOD SUPPLEMENT – store a shaker of cinnamon where you will notice it. Add every morning to your oatmeal, yogurt, and/or cereal.
