SMALL CHANGES, One Step at a Time
“One Step at a Time” Since each journey starts with a first step, then lets choose just one small thing when we begin that journey. For example: 1) Each day I eat a fruit and a cup of soy milk for a snack. 2) I examine my breathing when I am stressed and relax my gut. 3) I do a spinal twist before I eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We get better at what we practice so why not practice something that is “doable”?
