SPRINGTIME RENEWAL PLAN Choose one (or more…) 1) Get some fresh flowers in the house! Pick them yourself or pick them up at the grocery store. 2) Wake up your feet! Every time you think of it, slip off your shoes and exercise your feet. Point, flex and circle your feet; spread your toes. 3) Make your own green cleaner. Mix white vinegar with salt and water. Add a few drops of lemon, peppermint, or lavender essential oils for refreshing smells. Remember, you get better at what you practice, so why not get better at feeling good!
