Find the perfect thickness, height, and width for the small of your back and – voila! – now you have a personal-sized lumbar support. The towel commands your back to move into alignment. The upper spine lifts and opens, the lungs spread, and the shoulders relax as a result of this prompting. Add a deep breath every few minutes and roll your shoulders.
