“REAL CHANGE” Remember, you get better at what you practice, so why not devote your time and efforts to a “real” endeavor?!? Instead of “re-losing” that same 10 pounds every New Year, make a small change now that will permanently improve your health. For example, can you REALLY exercise at the gym 5 times a week? Perhaps joining a colleague for a lunchtime walk 3/week is a practice you can enjoy for years. Or, instead of going on a “carb-free” diet January 1st, why not turn breakfast into a healthy, high fiber, low-sugar habit. Take your time planning a change. Why start an activity that you know darned well you will quit! More
