My mission is to help people develop their own personal yoga practice. I specialize in therapeutic movements for those who have limited or painful mobility. You can attend weekly FRY classes or come occasionally to pick up homework assignments. Learn how, when, and where to fit yoga habits in to your life. Improve breathing and posture, become more focused and relaxed, and feel more capable of handling daily challenges. Yoga poses, mental disciplines, meditation techniques can become automatic. Remember, you get better at what you practice!
